The Australian pacer may not have participated in the last two seasons of IPL tournament due to various reasons but with a T20 World Cup line up next year, he would certainly look to play the complete tournament next year.

One of the reasons why Mumbai Indians might bid for him is the fact that they are looking to bolster their pace attack. With Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah not confirmed to play in every match, Coulter-Nile can be an option to go for.

He can also bowl in death overs and can control the flow of runs by mixing up his pace. The franchise has already added Trent Boult to its ranks and addition of another pacer will complete the MI’s pace-attack.
