Jaydev Unadkat will be leading Saurashtra in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy 2019/20. The Saurashtra Cricket Association did not name Ravindra Jadeja and Cheteshwar Pujara in the squad but both will play if available.
The chances of Jadeja being the part of the domestic tournament are unlikely. He is a part of the T20I squad for the series against South Africa and it is confirmed that he will not be taking part in the tournament.
Pujara, though, could be available as the India-South Africa Test series starts on October 2 while the List A tournament starts on September 24. He can play one or two matches for his state team before he joins the squad for the Test series.

Pujara, who played for Saurashtra in the Ranji Trophy semi-final 2018/19 upon his return from Australia early this year, hardly misses domestic matches and is highly likely to play a couple of games.
Talking of Unadkat, he took over as the captain of Saurashtra Ranji Trophy team after the retirement of Jaydev Shah. Since then, he has been leading Saurashtra and will be leading the state team for the full season.
Although he could miss matches for Saurashtra if he is included in any of BCCI’s squads ahead. Unadkat was recently part of Duleep Trophy, where he took five wickets in the final for India Red.
Experienced Sheldon Jackson, Kamlesh Makvana and Dharmendrasinh Jadeja are other members of the squad. Jackson had recently vented out his frustration after being ignored for a place in any of the Duleep Trophy squads.
Just like Unadkat, D Jadeja could also miss few of the matches for Saurashtra if he is named n any of the BCCI’s squads ahead. Former India U-19 player Harvik Desai has also been named in the team as wicketkeeper-batsman along with Jackson.
