While cricket is taking rest at the present moment, the 24-year-old South African fast bowler Lungi Ngidi has recently revealed his best XI which he has played with and against till the date. Apart from four South Africans, four Indian players are also dominating in this squad.
Lungi Ngidi made his international debut on 20th January 2017 during the Centurion T20I against Sri Lanka. In the early next year, Ngidi made his Test and ODI debuts both against India at home. The right-arm fast bowler has played five Tests, 26 ODIs and 13 T20Is where he has taken 15, 53 and 24 wickets respectively. He also played in the IPL 2018 for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) where he took 11 wickets in seven matches.

Now, he has chosen the special playing XI during his career. In this team, the openers are the present Proteas limited-overs captain Quinton de Kock and Indian limited-overs vice-captain Rohit Sharma. Indian captain Virat Kohli is in the next place in this team.

Then, Ngidi named the former Proteas captains Faf du Plessis and AB de Villiers. Former World T20 and World Cup-winning Indian captain MS Dhoni has been selected in the next position in this list.


Ngidi then chose the English all-rounder Ben Stokes. Apart from the four Indian cricketers, the Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan is the only other Asian in this list.
At the end of this list, Ngidi named three pacers. He chose the Aussie pacer Josh Hazlewood, his national teammate Kagiso Rabada and the Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah.
