Jasprit Bumrah

The Indian right-arm fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah initially earned the attraction due to his unorthodox bowling action, which is much similar to the legendary Sri Lankan fast bowler Lasith Malinga‘s bowling action. As both Bumrah and Malinga play for the same IPL team Mumbai Indians (MI), Bumrah has got the huge help from the senior to improve his bowling quality quickly.
Bumrah made his international cricket debut in January 2016. In a very quick time, Bumrah secured his spot in the Indian limited-overs sides due to his regular improvement with the ball. However, after making his Test debut in January 2018, Bumrah has grown up rapidly and become the most crucial pacer of the Indian team. Even many top batsmen have struggled to handle his deliveries.
Bumrah has played 14 Tests, 64 ODIs and 50 T20Is where he has got 68, 104 and 59 wickets respectively. At present, he is India’s most T20I wicket-taker. While he has rapidly climbed up on the ICC Test bowling rankings, he recently lost the top spot in the ICC ODI bowling rankings.
