Ravichandran Ashwin replacing Mohammed Shami
In the last some tours, Indian spinners have dominated at Sabina Park (Kingston). So, team management can go with the two pacers and two spinners policy in the upcoming Test. Apart from the super-hit bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Shami also played in the Antigua Test. Though he also bowled very well in that game, the team management can think to give him rest for the Kingston Test. In this tour, he also played three ODIs before the Antigua Test. As a crucial home Test series is coming against South Africa, the Indian team management will like to keep Shami fresh for this series.

As the left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja is already in the playing XI, either the off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin or the left-arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav can earn the playing XI call-up for the Kingston Test. Ashwin has the great Test records against the Caribbean side, so he has a better chance in this fight.

Moreover, as Kuldeep Yadav is a left-arm bowler, Ashwin can get more benefit for the playing XI fight.
