The first signing of the summer for Arsene Wenger, Granit Xhaka, has had a decent start to his career at the Emirates. He is now the first choice holding midfielder for the Gunners ahead of the likes of Francis Coquelin and Aaron Ramsey and is expected to be an important part of the squad in years to come.
However, he is yet to prove himself at the highest level and it is revealed that Arsenal have paid £9.5m more for his services than his market valuation.
