Shane McMahon also noted on the Coronavirus impact on sports in a conversation with TMZ saying that a lot of changes happened in the past several days. He wanted to have people a good time through the entertainment events but then again, health comes first for all of them,
“We’ll have to see, if people can gather around—and it’s sanitary—then great, but if everybody shuts it down, then everybody is in the same boat,” Shane said. “So, we’ll see what happens,” Shane said. “Hopefully not, because everybody wants to have a good time.”
The sports world had a massive impact over the past weekend as most of the plays were either called off or held in an empty arena as precautionary to stop Coronavirus.
WWE has shifted its tapings to WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida from the originally scheduled venues. USA’s favorite leagues like the NBA, NHL, and XFL have also been shut down.
