Finally, a positive update has been received regarding Jeff Hardy coming back on WWE TV. It is now being known that the former WWE Champion is set to report back at the performance center in Orlando, Florida, next week. This could very well be the very first step in returning to in-ring competition, in the near future.
Jeff Hardy Claims He Had A Fight With His Wife
Jeff Hardy is set to visit the Performance Center to check his progress towards an in-ring return, according to the latest reports by PWInsider.com. He has not competed in a WWE ring since April 2019 as he is dealing with a leg injury since then. It was reported that he could be out of action for 6-9 months and the return was scheduled to take place around November.
But Jeff Hardy was arrested in DUI charges and WWE wanted him to get cleared of accusations before he comes back to action. Regarding Jeff’s WWE contract, it is about to expire on Sunday, March 1st. But WWE will certainly add extra time to the contract to make up the injury time. Before this, Jeff was out of action for around six months in 2018, as well.

As for Jeff’s brother Matt Hardy, he is reportedly done with the WWE after what transpired on WWE Raw. Randy Orton performed a Con-chair-to on Matt to write him off the TV. Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet later stated that Hardy’s exit is confirmed once the deal gets over on March 1st. Matt has a difference in opinions with the creative team which led to this unfortunate departure.
