Many have thought of seeing Booker T in action during the Royal Rumble match on January 26th as this event took place in his hometown. Unfortunately, it did not happen as WWE may not have enough plans reserved for the five-time world champion. But he is eventually coming back to action inside the squared circle but not for the WWE.
As noted on the social media, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T is coming back to in-ring competition later this week. He will be bringing back his G.I. Bro gimmick for the upcoming Reality of Wrestling “Battle Lines Drawn” event scheduled on Saturday, February 8th.

An excited Booker T took to Twitter to comment on this in-ring return as he wrote, “Excited to announce that I’ll be stepping back in the ring at @TheOfficialROW in 2 weeks! Now can you dig that SUCKA!?”
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that the Texas resident will be competing in his promotion. Last time, he battled in ROW’s “Last Stand” event in January 2019 when he faced Rex Andrews in a singles competition.
Booker T previously announced that he was back in training sessions hoping to have to enjoy a WWE ring return at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in Houston, Texas. WWE did not involve him in any of the matches but he did serve as a guest commentator.
There are still heavy speculations going on regarding The Revival facing WWE Hall of Famers Harlem Heat. (Booker and his brother Stevie Ray) But there’s no confirmation is available whether WWE will make that match happen.
