Reports are strongly backing up the rumors that CM Punk may be heading back to the WWE, once again. Ever since he appeared in the potential FOX tryout for a role at WWE Backstage talk-show, wrestling pundits believe that it’s only a matter of time that he’ll eventually appear on WWE TV. The recent ongoing fuelled up the rumors even more as the merchandise available for CM Punk has been removed from online stores.

Jeff Hardy Claims He Had A Fight With His Wife

As per the reports from wrestlingINC.com, the Pro Wrestling Tees website has now removed most of the merchandise available for CM Punk. There is just one t-shirt left for purchase on the site, a “CM PUNK SUCKS” shirt going for $19.99. The belief is that CM Punk has the merchandise pulled from PWT store. But there’s no confirmation available around this.

Huge Backstage Update On CM Punk Returning To WWE

The source added that the ‘merchandise sold through PWT is owned by the wrestlers or promotions that they are for.’ At one point, CM Punk had 35 items listed on the online store. But all of them are now gone which suggests that he could be inking a deal with the WWE. The company owned by Vince McMahon does not allow superstars under their contract to sell merchandise other than their official WWEShop.com store. So there could be a backstage happening regarding the longest-reigning WWE Champion of the modern era.

As noted earlier, CM Punk had a tryout with Fox Sports for the weekly WWE Backstage studio show that premieres on FS1 at 11 pm ET on Tuesday, November 5th with hosts Renee Young and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. The audition has gone well as per the reports which indicate that he will be appearing on this FOX show, regularly.

Thereby, the chances of having a CM Punk return would be even bigger, moving forward. Even Triple H used the ‘never say never’ phrase on this situation during his appearance on Sports illustrated Podcast,

“You know, to be clear, FOX is doing this show, and it’s their show, and it’s something they’re doing to talk about the WWE Universe and everything going on in it. They’ve had a long list of people they’ve been interviewing and everything, but as far as for us, one of the things I think this company has shown over and over again, is never say never.”

“If the opportunity is right for everybody and it’s right for our fans, then we are willing to put the past behind us and move forward. So, I would say, never say never, but that’s also probably a long way from coming to. I don’t know. That’s also a little bit outside of my purview at the moment, but like I said, never say never.”
