WWE Hall Of Famer and former WCW Legend Sting has teased a potential WWE return posting the latest tweet on his official account. He’s been pretty active on Twitter over the past couple of months but the latest words coming out of the legend set the pro-wrestling fraternity to a frenzy over a comeback tease. Additionally, he also teased a feud with The Undertaker and produce a dream match with him that never happened in the past.

A page shared a picture of the veteran on a bike, to which the WWE Hall Of Famer replied the following:

“Who wants to take a ‘last’ ride with Sting?”

Fans on Twitter noticed this and linked this caption with “The Last Ride” documentary on The Undertaker that has just finished airing on the WWE Network. This gave birth to the rumor of a potential match between Sting and The Undertaker. It is one of the pro wrestling dream matches between two icons from over the years.

Both legends have talked about this match but it never happened due to lack of planning. Also, the two names stayed at different promotions in their heyday that never allowed the match to culminate, ever. WWE previously tried to have that match but talks slowed down in due course.

WWE Hall Of Famer Kevin Nash also got himself added to the conversation and replied the following to Sting:

“I’m timid but if you don’t mind a little arm wrap I’m in. Just don’t go fast”

Sting was seen in competition for one last time in WWE back at WWE Night of Champions 2015, in a match that he lost to the then-World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. He suffered a neck injury in that match that forced to undergo surgery. Later he retired in April 2016 before and got inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, that same year.

Since then the former WCW franchise has openly stated about willing to have the match with The Undertaker. It’s the only thing that will get him out of retirement. But he wasn’t reportedly in contract with the WWE.

While this could be just the usual tease from The Vigilante, he may indeed be willing to compete in one last match with Taker.

Meanwhile, The Undertaker has just retired from in-ring action, as announced in The Last Ride documentary on WWE Network. He also noted that a match with Sting at this age, wouldn’t deliver since they’re way ahead of their prime.
