A few days ago, WWE star Rey Mysterio spoke with Fox Sports MX to discuss more on his absence at WrestleMania 36. Reports were already out that the absence of Rey Mysterio caused a few changes at the WrestleMania 36 match card. He was originally supposed to go against Andrade for the United States Title at WrestleMania 36. But with Rey being out, the match was turned into Andrade and Angel Garza teaming up against Street Profits for the RAW Tag Team Championships.

Moving forward, this match had to change yet again as Andrade picked up an injury while working in Raw tapings. In the end, WrestleMania 36 match was turned into Angel Garza and Austin Theory vs. Street Profits for the RAW Tag Team Championships. The champions, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins ended up retaining the titles.
