As reported earlier, WWE might be arranging a fresh title match for Charlotte Flair at the biggest event of the year. WWE NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley appeared on last night’s WWE RAW episode to challenge the Women’s Royal Rumble winner in a match for her black & yellow brand title at WrestleMania 36. No response has been received from the genetically superior athlete as she chose to walk away from the ring.
Next WWE Title Match Announced For Brock Lesnar At Super ShowDown 2020
But soon, we will get to hear from The Queen as she is all set to make her return to the developmental territory to either accept or deny the challenge. Following the confrontation on WWE Raw, the official website of the company has now confirmed a WWE NXT return for Charlotte Flair on this upcoming Wednesday night.

Injured Superstar Makes Surprising Return On This Week’s WWE Raw
She will let know her decision on the potential solid Women’s Division match that we have never seen as per the statements from WWE.com,
“NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley threw a wrench into The Road to WrestleMania when she offered herself as Charlotte Flair’s opponent at The Showcase of the Immortals. The Queen could, technically, take her up on it since her Women’s Royal Rumble Match victory allows her to challenge “any” champion she wants at The Show of Shows. And, this Wednesday on NXT, we’ll find out if she will accept Ripley’s offer.
The 10-time Women’s Champion is going back to where it all began, returning to the black-and-gold brand to respond to Ripley in person.”

Royal Rumble Rematch Announced For Next Week’s WWE Raw
Earlier on WWE Raw, Charlotte Flair came out to the ring to announce her opponent for WrestleMania 36. She noted how she’s already defeated RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley. Flair has also held both of those titles on multiple occasions but is yet to get her hands on the gold present on the NXT brand.

Just after this, Rhea Ripley made her way out to receive a huge pop from the crowd. She insinuated Flair with advice that she should use her Royal Rumble win to challenge for the NXT Women’s Title at The Grandest Stage of Them All. A smart Flair decided to walk out of the ring as she needed some time to think before making the final choice.
Thus, this week’s WWE NXT will have a major mainstay name as a special attraction. As of now, the plan for WrestleMania 36 is to host separate championship matches with the lineups being Flair vs. Ripley, Shayna Baszler vs. Lynch, and Naomi or Lacey Evans vs. Bayley at WrestleMania 36.
