The fans in attendance on WWE Raw and watching all over the world received a big treat last night as the Texas Rattlesnake was in the house. His music hit the arena to kick off the show as WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin came out to a big pop. He presided things over for the Universal Championship match contract signing set for WWE Clash of Champions pay-per-view. Once it was over, it was time for the OCs to interfere.

Smackdown Preview: What the Undertaker will be doing on tonight’s show.
Their leader AJ Styles decided to go bad-mouth on Stone Cold Steve Austin for nothing making him irate. Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman took care of Gallows-Anderson by taking them out, for good. After this, it was time for Austin to nail Styles with his pendant Stunner as the crowd went wild. This was not the only time though that the legend appeared on the show. He was the one to send WWE RAW off the air by appearing at the very end and throwing a celebration in his signature style with the beer cans. All over, WWE made the most out of a Stone Cold return on the flagship show emanated from Madison Square Garden.

Stone Cold’s return to WWE Raw hyped up this week’s episode from Madison Square Garden. It has also helped WWE to sell out more tickets for a show that was not a full sell-out, earlier this week. So WWE had to add a special guest appearance to raise the interest of the fans. They can’t expect a bigger name than the former franchise player of the company who loves to raise hell.
Last week, the Universal Championship contract signing between Raw Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman for WWE Clash of Champions ended in chaos. Thanks to the OCs, they could not make things official. Since Stone Cold was all in to praise for Seth Rollins and his title run, he volunteered to come over on WWE Raw and preside things over. So WWE.com confirmed the segment for this week’s headliner. However, there was a spoiler alert that Strowman might not greet him in a good manner,
“Remembering that Rollins received Austin’s seal of approval on Raw last month, Strowman seems wary of the WWE Hall of Famer’s return, stating plainly that if Austin steps out of line with The Monster Among Men, he’ll get those hands. However, just about anyone who has crossed The Texas Rattlesnake over the past 20-plus years has gotten a Stunner for their trouble, no matter their size.”
As seen on the show, it was not Strowman but AJ Styles who turned out to be the victim of Stone Cold Steve Austin. It was a pretty organic moment with a babyface vs. heel scenario created on the show.
