Update On A Huge Wrestlemania 36 Match Featuring Brock Lesnar
WWE is currently trying to finalize the initial lineups for this year’s edition of WrestleMania. Most of the time, the marquee matches are set up much earlier than the show just for having a solid buildup. Speaking of the big-time matches, there should be a competition featuring Brock Lesnar.
In general, the Beast Incarnate always has been a must-see name at the biggest event of them all. There must not be an exception when the next edition airs. As of now, WWE is looking forward to finalizing his opponent.
There are two options available for now. One of them will get the opportunity to compete against the biggest box office attraction.
Alex McCarthy of TalkSport.com reported that WWE is currently “looking at two options” to pit against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36. Cain Velasquez could stand a chance as he could be approached for a “rubber match” situation. But another opponent is still available in the form of an undefeated superstar.
He is none other than Tyson Fury who debuted at Crown Jewel pay-per-view by defeating Braun Strowman in a count-out. Vince McMahon and the officials seemed happy with the progress and they could give him a chance in another huge matchup,
“If Tyson Fury beats Deontay Wilder to become the WBC heavyweight champion of the world, the allure of having a boxing world champion face Lesnar is expected to be too much for Vince McMahon.”
We could know what’d be in store in this angle as 2019 will end, soon. Starting from January 2020, the road to WrestleMania will kick off and Brock Lesnar should be put into the proper angle to culminate the matchup, successfully. But even before that, Lesnar will have to defend his WWE Championship at Royal Rumble 2020.
