India’s talisman, Virat Kohli received a huge cheer upon joining Royal Challengers Bangalore’s (RCB) first practice session for IPL 2023. RCB conducted their full-fledged practice session on Sunday (March 26) at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
The Bengaluru-based side is organising the practice session in front of a full-packed crowd, while Faf du Plessis will once again lead the Bengaluru-based franchise in the 16th edition of IPL, as Kohli stepped down after the 2021 edition.

While at the first practice session of RCB in the packed Chinnaawamy Stadium, Glenn Maxwell and Kohli joined after the conclusion of the ODI series between India and Australia, while Kohli joined the practice session, the crowd erupted and started chanting his name. Even though the right-handed batter is not the skipper of the club but still remains to be the face of the franchise and Indian cricket.
While the Indian run machine is surely few of the many, who have been in one team from the staring of the league, as Kohli has been part of RCB in all 15 seasons.

Virat Kohli will be joining the likes of his skipper Faf du Plessis, Glenn Maxwell, and other big names of the team to lead Royal Challengers Bangalore to their first-ever IPL title. Virat Kohli has looked in good form in recent times. He recently ended his long-century drought in Tests with a classy knock of 186 against Australia.
