Potential Winner Revealed For Edge Vs. Randy Orton At WWE Wrestlemania 36
Edge and Randy Orton have been involved in one of the most personal rivalries in the history of WWE ever since the night after the 2020 Royal Rumble.
The night which was supposed to be a reunion between these two friends turned out to be totally opposite following Orton’s vicious attack on the returnee. Both these legends have produced some of the very best work of their entire career, moving forward.
A nicely stitched rivalry unfolded on Raw since then which could have been more intense if not the Coronavirus pandemic would have broken out. But that does not downplay the best feud of this year’s WrestleMania which takes place without any audience.
Now, this feud will be blown off this week at the show of shows, as the two veterans gear up for a high stake Last Man Standing match.
Considering this feud has been loved by the WWE Universe and this also marks the returning singles contest for Edge, speculations are running rampant on the outcome of the WrestleMania match.
As seen on Sky Bet, the betting odds for this match have been released which points out the Rated R Superstar is the current favorite to come out as the winner. After all, he just had the greatest comeback in the pro-wrestling history and WWE can’t just ruin that.
In terms of the released odds, Edge is currently the 1/3 favorite to win this Last Man Standing bout at the showcase of the immortals. Randy Orton, on the other hand, is the underdog with 9/4 odds.
It makes sense since the former 11-time world champion needs this win while furthering his WWE career as he signed a multi-year deal with the company. Coming out of retirement, WWE just can’t ruin his momentums.
Meanwhile, Edge is also the one who has everything to prove in this WrestleMania comeback, not Randy Orton. The Viper has hurt his wife with an RKO, a few weeks ago producing an on-screen vengeance that should not let Edge stop without a win. But then again, we never know what kind of twist WWE could throw into the mix.
If they intend to continue the feud after WrestleMania 34 then it’ll be interesting to see whether Edge comes out as the winner or not. But chances are high that both these stars will go separate ways.
