WWE News: WWE Cancelled Huge Plans For Nikki Bella Due To Brain Cyst
WWE Universe was in shock with the news that Nikki Bella decided to take retirement from the in-ring competition a few weeks ago. This super-woman was full of energy who loves the wrestling ring more than her life. Despite the neck injury the elder of The Bella Twins always found a reason to make a comeback for the same reason.
Unfortunately, she could not continue the same in 2019 as her injury became worse. Doctors also diagnosed her with a cyst in the brain that ended her career for good. With Brie Bella already in hiatus, thus Bella Twins became history from the active WWE roster. Their fans would be even more upset after learning that WWE has storylines planned for them.

Brie and Nikki Bella recently opened up on a comeback storyline following Wrestlemania 35. WWE wanted them to return challenging for the women’s tag team championships. The IIconics would have been their target that could have started a dream feud. Bella Twins always wanted this one happen, too. But doctors diagnosed Nikki Bella with a cyst in the brain.
So she had no choice but to announce retirement. Thereby the potential final storyline featuring the legendary Bella Twins have never happened in the WWE. The Evolution PPV main event match featuring Ronda Rousey and Nikki Bella would always be the last TV match for her and sister Brie. Here are words from the elder Bella on her retirement on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
“For me, I really wanted to go back and fight for the tag titles,” Nikki Bella stated. “I’ve always had my neck issues and after neck surgery, it hasn’t been OK. I feel like I needed to get a checkup before we went back for the tag titles. The results came back and I herniated the disc above where I had surgery, I have all this inflammation around the metal and then I have a cyst on my brain. So they were like, ‘you’re done, no more.’ So I didn’t get a choice, which sucks.”
Bella Twins will always remain two remarkable superstars from WWE perspective who helped to carry the women’s division for a long time. Back in their prime days, both Brie and Nikki Bella became Divas Champions. The latter one even had the longest title reign with the belt before she broke neck and went into a semi-retirement phase.
