Wrestlemania 35 has passed by but it surely left out tons of problems for the WWE officials. A number of superstars from the active roster are probably dealing with injuries that could halt back WWE’s future plans with them. We previously reported that Ronda Rousey and AJ Styles are two names who injured themselves during the ‘show of shows’. Sasha Banks is another name who might be dealing with some sort of mental trauma that forced her to miss this past episode of Monday Night Raw.

Breaking: The New Day member suffered an injury
Now Daniel Bryan becomes the latest inductee into the injured list of superstars. He featured in one of the main events of Wrestlemania 35 in the match where he defended the WWE Championship. Kofi Kingston was his opponent who defied all the odds to become the new champion and the first-ever from the black community to make history. While this was a piece of good news for the fans, Daniel Bryan injuring himself was not a pleasant update, at all.
Return match set for Ronda Rousey
As reported by the Wrestling Observer, former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan suffered an injury during his match with Kofi Kingston at WrestleMania 35. There’s backstage news going on about his injury which WWE has not spelled out, officially. But he did miss this week’s episode of Smackdown Live that hints to the inevitable. There’s no word either on the severity of the injury.
But we do know that Daniel Bryan was on the list of superstars whom WWE sent home from Wrestlemania 35 heal up the wounds. The source also did not disclose in which part of the body, he sustained the injury. Hopefully, it’s not his neck and he would make the comeback as early as possible to be a part of the WWE Superstar Shakeup process.
Another wrestler from Smackdown that got injured at Wrestlemania 35 was AJ Styles. While playing a video game with fans on his Mixer account, former two-time WWE Champion confirmed of the hip injury. Here’s what he had stated regarding how he picked up the same, (courtesy wwfoldschool.com)
“When you take a suplex from about 15 feet in the air…You know, I think I hit my left side before my right, just a little bit, and that’s totally on me, totally my fault. It kind of knocked my hips out of place and then everything else, all those muscles in your butt and your back, swell up and then those muscles press on your nerve endings, and next thing you know you can’t walk the next day.”
