Ronda Rousey is unarguably the top-most name in the female roster, right now. Her mainstream background allows to give her the opportunity to fetch attention from the crowd like no one else. No wonder that the WWE creative team is allowing her to go into the main event of Wrestlemania 35. It is the first time ever women’s marquee competition on the grandest stage.

However, it’s true that Ronda Rousey could not make this a reality on her own. She is getting the support from Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. These two have already prepared the ground works upon which the former UFC star is showcasing her god-gifted talent. This woman has been the Raw women’s champion since Summerslam 2018 making the title look prestigious than ever.

This allowed WWE to use Ronda Rousey as a marquee attraction on their flagship show. But her services may not be available once Wrestlemania 35 is over. So the question is who could be her replacement on the main roster once she departs. Well, Vince McMahon had three names in his mind to fill up the void.
As per the reports of Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Radio, two of the names are from Smackdown Live. The other one is still to go on to sign a deal with a particular brand. Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch will carry the women’s division once Rousey leaves whereas the surprise addition is Lacey Evans! Here’s more from the source,
“Right now the idea is that you know, when Ronda leaves, whenever that will be – the big three will be Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Lacey Evans. Which, you know, is kind of a shock and she may not make it. But that’s where they see things.”
This might raise eyebrows amongst some of the fans but WWE is going to give a huge push to Lacey Evans. The same source has hinted that this NXT import will be facing Smackdown women’s championship Asuka at Wrestlemania 35. It is indeed huge for a superstar who has just entered the mainstay scene.
Meanwhile, Ronda Rousey has commented on her departure from the WWE. Rumors are running rampant that she is thinking of starting a new family. So she has to take a leave at least for the time being once Wrestlemania 35 gets over. However, TMZ reported that her WWE contract will be intact until 2021. Here’s what the baddest woman on the planet had to offer,
“I honestly don’t know why [anyone] feels like [they’re] an authority to speak on the plans for my uterus. If I responded every single time the world speculated what I was doing with my womb I would not have a free moment in the day.”
