WWE Raw Preview (21/10/19): Seth Rollins, In-Ring Debut & Return, Ric Flair Announcement

WWE RAW begins a new journey this week following the much-hyped Draft that ended in last week’s episode. It clearly distinguished the roster into two halves where the superstars will be exclusive to either red or blue brand. With that being said, the member of Raw can expect to get more TV time and prove their potential.

The headliner of WWE RAW will have a fallout of what transpired in the finishing segment from last week. Seth Rollins will speak about burning down Bray Wyatt’s residence. Former NXT tag team champions will make their in-ring debut on the show. Another fresh matchup will be there as a Masked sensation returns to action against his fellow countryman. All of these and more will be in-store when WWE Raw emanates from the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.

A surprise attendance will be on Raw

Last week, WWE Raw ended in a not-so-popular way as Seth Rollins went berserk on The Fiend Bray Wyatt. He invaded the Firefly Funhouse and ‘burnt it down’. It was a redemption point for him but may have turned out to be fatal for him as The Fiend has now become free. We will see what his next action turn out to be as Rollins is set to address the fans as per WWE.com,

“Universal Champion Seth Rollins has been burning it down metaphorically in the ring for years now as one of WWE’s top Superstars, but he took his moniker to a literal level last week, setting The Firefly Fun House ablaze.

After escalating his issue with “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt in fiery fashion ahead of their Falls Count Anywhere Match that can’t be stopped for any reason at WWE Crown Jewel, Rollins is set to address his actions live on Raw.”

A huge attraction on WWE Raw is going to be the presence of the legendary Ric Flair. He will be appearing on the show to promote the 5-on-5 tag team match at Crown Jewel. His opponent Team Hogan has already picked up the five members on their behalf. Roman Reigns will lead the squad whereas the rest four members are going to be Ali, Shorty G, Ricochet and Rusev. As for Flair’s squad, there are team captain Randy Orton. King Corbin, Bobby Lashley, and Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. The Nature Boy is likely to make a huge pick in the fifth spot and thereby counter Hogan’s big announcement from SmackDown.

A much-anticipated in-ring debut will happen on WWE Raw where the Street Profits will compete for the first time on behalf of the main roster. They will have a surprise guest on their corner while competing against The OCs-United States Champion AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. Last week, the OCs welcomed Street Profits with a savage beatdown backstage so to welcome them on the red brand. So tonight the former NXT tag team champions look forward to seeking redemption and make an impact on their first outing.

Another solid contest will go down on WWE Raw where the high-flying sensation Sin Cara comes back to action. It was a long time ago that we have seen the Masked Luchador competing on WWE TV as he was out of action due to an injury. Tonight he is back to compete against his fellow countryman Andrade. Considering the earlier showdowns between Rey Mysterio and Andrade, we expect a high-caliber matchup on tonight, as well. After all, both of them Lucha representatives who love to entertain the fans with their highly agile moves.
