The go-home episode of WWE SmackDown for Elimination Chamber 2020 took place last night with a brand new Firefly Funhouse on the card. A tag team Gauntlet Match was there with a major implication on the PPV. Women superstars competed in a rematch from last week. Plus, a legendary faction was in attendance on the show that aired from the KeyBank Arena in Buffalo, New York. Here are the results,

The show opened with Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross hosting A Moment of Bliss talk-show. She invited nWo to the ring as Scott Hall, Sean Waltman and Kevin Nash showed up as guests. The segment was interrupted by Sami Zayn, Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura.

They have a confrontation with nWo until Braun Strowman came out and launched Cesaro on the ramp. Strowman promised the three heels would get these hands at Elimination Chamber.

Naomi and Lacey Evans vs. Sasha Banks and Bayley was the opening contest of SmackDown. Naomi bulldogged Banks into the middle turnbuckle and followed up with a Sunset Flip. Bayley broke the pinfall as Lacey Evans also enters the ring. Banks drop-kicked Evans to the floor. Banks countered a split-legged moonsault and rolled up Naomi to get the pinfall win.

WWE’s Latest Signee Scarlett Bordeaux Teases NXT Debut

Sheamus took on Apollo Crews on SmackDown where the latter name took control hitting a Crossbody and a standing Moonsault. Sheamus came back with some uppercuts and hit a Brogue Kick out of nowhere to pick up the win.

A tag team match took place on SmackDown, next with the lineup of Dana Brooke and Carmella vs. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. Dolph Ziggler joined Rose and Deville while they were making the entrance. Carmella sent Deville flying with a Head Scissors followed by a kick. Broke got the tag but Ziggler distracted her. Deville tagged in Rose who hit a Running Knee to Brooke’s face for the victory.

Sasha Banks Reveals Why She Was Gone From The WWE
Bray Wyatt aired the next edition of Firefly Funhouse segment on SmackDown after which Elias took some verbal shots on King Baron Corbin with a song. Also, we saw Otis saying sorry to Mandy Rose for letting her wait on Valentine’s Day date. Rose said it’s too late for that.

The main event of SmackDown was a Gauntlet Match with the lineup of Heavy Machinery vs. The New Day vs. The Usos vs. Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode vs. Lucha House Party vs. The Miz and John Morrison.
Tucker and Otis defeated The New Day after they hit the Trash Compactor on Big E to get the pinfall win in the first match.

Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado of The Lucha House Party joined the match, next. Tucker sent Dorado across the ring after which Otis successfully hit the Caterpillar on him for the elimination pin.

The Usos came out next to continue the SmackDown Gauntlet which ended quickly. Jimmy Uso hit a Superkick and went for a roll-up but Tucker Knight reversed it for the elimination.

SmackDown tag team champions The Miz and John Morrison joined the match trying to get the upper-hand by double-teaming. But Tucker suddenly rolled up Morrison to eliminate the champs.

Robert Roode-Dolph Ziggler was the last team to join the match. Roode was knocked off the apron by Otis who did not see Ziggler making the tag. Otis went for the Caterpillar on Roode but Ziggler leveled him with a sudden Superkick to get the pinfall win. Thus Ziggler and Roode won the SmackDown main event and will now enter the Elimination Chamber match, last.
