The final TV taping before WWE TLC will be presented tonight in the form of Friday Night SmackDown. There will be final buildups for the already announced matches whereas we expect a couple of new matches to be confirmed as well as there are still some voids to be filled up on the match card.

Reason Why WWE Released Four Superstars, More Releases Coming Soon?

As for the headliner for tonight, Roman Reigns has been announced in a segment to seek retribution against King Corbin. The women’s championship storyline should announce a fresh lineup for TLC whereas an Intercontinental title match may also be inserted to the card. Tonight’s SmackDown takes place at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The last time we witnessed Roman Reigns on SmackDown, he was in a battered and bruised state following the relentless attack by King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler.

WWE Had To Change Plans For Seth Rollins On Raw Due To Injury

With Dog Food spilled all over him, Corbin was able to unleash months of frustration over the franchise player of the WWE. Tonight, he will have to be extra careful as WWE is advertising Reigns in an ‘unchained’ condition,

“Roman Reigns was left battered, covered in dog food and tied to the ring post at the hands of King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler at the end of last week’s SmackDown. Now The Big Dog is ready to be unchained.

Despite defeating The Showoff in the ring, a post-match attack from Corbin and his minions were too much for Reigns to overcome. Corbin made good on his promise to humiliate his rival but has he now pushed Reigns to an even more dangerous place?

It’s pretty much expected that Roman Reigns will have to bounce back on SmackDown to pick up some momentums before WWE TLC. So he will be pulling out all the stops to repay Corbin and his royal servants or Dolph Ziggler for their sins. We expect him to stand tall by the end of tonight’s episode which makes him look stronger before TLC.

Current Plans Of WWE Royal Rumble Winner And Wrestlemania 36 Main Event

The Universal Championship storyline took a massive turn last week when Bray Wyatt chose The Miz to be his new opponent. Plus, he went personal with the Hollywood A-lister by bringing in his family into the angle. As seen by the end of last week’s SmackDown, The Miz was put down by Wyatt with a Sister Abigail.

The question is whether the former WWE Champion can show some aggressive moves to fight back and send back a message to the current champion before WWE TLC.

In the SmackDown Women’s Championship picture, Lacey Evans is currently within a feud against Bayley. Lacey was able to get into the heads of the champion as she is pretty over with the fans, at this point. But the number-games caught up to her as Sasha Banks is always there to provide backup to Bayley.

However, Lacey the babyface is expected to receive her first title shot at the blue strapped belt at TLC which she should earn by firing back at the heel duo.

An Intercontinental Championship storyline is being rumored to produce a title match at TLC where Braun Strowman will be the challenger for the champion Shinsuke Nakamura.

There’s a speculation going around with the status of Strowman who might have suffered a minor injury. At this point, we expect an update on the situation when SmackDown airs tonight with the go-home edition for WWE TLC.
