WWE will present another pay-per-view event within a gap of just less than two weeks. So all the storylines will receive one final hype-up on tonight’s episode.

United States Title Match Confirmed For Stomping Grounds

The contender for the WWE Championship will be in action trying to give a strong message to the title-holder. Alexa Bliss will be also be attending Smackdown with another edition of Moment of Bliss with the women’s champion. Also, we may get the tag team title match official for the PPV when the show emanates from the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.

The main event of the night is going to be a one-on-battle between Dolph Ziggler and Xavier Woods. Just days before his title shot against Kofi Kingston, Dolph may try to punish Woods badly to send a message to The New Day members. Will Dolph be able to put away Woods? Here’s more from WWE.com,

“Woods, of course, ultimately played a vital role in the WWE Title Match at WWE Super ShowDown, which led to Dolph petitioning for a Steel Cage rematch at WWE Stomping Grounds. Will Xavier get one last measure of retribution against Ziggler before his New Day brother Kofi gets at him next Sunday? Or will The Showoff make the ultimate statement to Kingston by downing his friend just five nights before their Steel Cage clash? Find out this Tuesday night at 8/7 C on USA Network.”

Street Fight Takes Place After WWE Raw Went Off Air

Now it will be interesting to see whether Dolph Ziggler can capitalize on using the match and gain some momentums. Technically, he is the number one contender for the prime title present in sports entertainment. Hence, he should not digest a pinfall loss at this point. This could ruin his current momentums which is not appreciable, at all. So he may pick up a clean win over Woods to show he is ready for the title bout.

Alexa Bliss will be visiting Smackdown for three straight weeks owing to the fact that she is the number one contender for the women’s champion. She will challenge Bayley for the title at Stomping Grounds in a big title match. As for tonight, Bliss will be joining the show to host a new episode of Moment of Bliss that should end in a brawl between the two of them.

Plus, we have crowned new number one contenders for the Smackdown tag team championships in Heavy Machinery. Otis and Tucker have been waiting for this shot for a long time and may get the official title match at Stomping Grounds. Prior to that, these two teams will have one final staredown, for sure.

With Drew McIntyre waiting for him at Stomping Grounds, Roman Reigns will have one final opportunity to turn the favor on his side. He already suffered a devastating loss at Super ShowDown at the hands of Shane McMahon. Now he already made a valiant comeback on Raw hinting that he is the favorite heading to the PPV match. So will McIntyre try to fight back on Smackdown? We will find out on tonight.
