Several returns took place on this past week’s episode of SmackDown that will bring variability on the Road to WrestleMania. But for now, it’s time for WWE to provide major build-up to Royal Rumble.
Major hypes are expected for the Universal Championship picture on tonight since it’s the only prime title match set for the show.
In the women’s title picture, a huge matchup is set to take place where Lacey Evans takes on Sasha Banks which is no less than of a PPV caliber. The Usos will be present to strengthen Roman Reigns’ side whereas it’ll be interesting to see in which capacity, the returnees are used.
All of these and much more are expected on tonight’s SmackDown that takes place at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana.
Just one week after their triumphant return, Jimmy & Jey Uso will finally step back into the ring for in-ring competition. After a long wait for over six months, the veteran tag team will feature in action against King King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler.
Could ring rust be a factor for the former tag champs to teach these two heels a lesson on SmackDown? But then again we expect Roman Reigns to provide backup to his brethren.

John Morrison returned to SmackDown last Friday night to surprise the world. He came out from The Miz’s locker room when Cathy Kelley tried to ask the A-lister about his cheap shots on SmackDown Tag Team Champion Kofi Kingston after Kofi’s win over him.
Morrison did not clarify anything else to say to Cathy Kelley. Now it looks like the former tag teams could be getting along again on the blue brand now that Morrison is back in WWE.
As noted by WWE.com, stories will unfold regarding this angle on SmackDown as Miz TV is back with special guest John Morrison,
“Last Friday’s SmackDown left the WWE Universe surely wanting answers from The Miz and John Morrison. Perhaps we’ll get those answers when the former tag team champions reunite live on “Miz TV” this week.
The recently returned Morrison later emerged from The Awesome One’s locker room, seemingly shutting down Cathy Kelley’s attempt to get a word with The Miz.
But on his own show this week, The A-Lister figures to have plenty to say — and maybe we will also learn what’s on The Guru of Greatness’ agenda.
Tune in to SmackDown this Friday night on FOX at 8/7 C to see what they have to say!”

A huge matchup from the women’s division has become official to take place on SmackDown after what transpired on the show over the past few weeks.
After weeks of personal attacks over social media as well as inside the ring, Lacey Evans and Sasha Banks will square off this week on Friday Night SmackDown.
I've got a womans right with @sashabankswwe name on it…..just as soon as I feed my family. ????

Sasha Banks and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley are on a mission to mocking Evans’ family that includes her 7-year-old daughter, Summer.
The Sassy Southern Belle is definitely angry over this who could not wait to get her hands on The Boss. As seen above, she is pretty much ready to blow off the head of The Boss with her pendant Women’s Right.

In the mid-card scene, it is only a matter of time that Braun Strowman will challenge Shinsuke Nakamura for the Intercontinental Championship after his pinfall win on SmackDown, two weeks ago.
So the storyline will continue whereas the bonding between Mandy Rose and Otis Dojovic may grow stronger. This would be a slow process where Mandy gets detached from her original tag partner Sonya Deville.
