WWE presented a stacked edition of SmackDown last night which had a celebration around Triple H’s 25th Anniversary in the company. The Women’s Tag Team Titles were on the line whereas two Money In The Bank Qualifying matches were also there. We also had a look back in the history of the Wyatt Family when the show aired from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Check out the results,

SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day – Kofi Kingston and Big E opened the show to note on their tag title win, last week. They were soon interrupted by the Lucha House Party, The Miz, and John Morrison who wanted title shots. The Forgotten Sons from NXT appeared on the scene to attack them creating a brawl. They stood tall by delivering a powerbomb to Kofi on top of Big E.

Money In The Bank Qualifier was the opening contest of SmackDown where Drew Gulak competed against King Baron Corbin. Gulak was in control when Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura appeared at ringside to take out Daniel Bryan who was cheering for him. Gulak tried to take them out but Corbin sent him into the ring post. Sooner, Corbin hit the End of Days to get the win and quality for Money In The Bank. Corbin attacked Gulak with the scepter after the match.

Sheamus squashed Daniel Vidot with a Brogue Kick in the next match of SmackDown.

The Miz and John Morrison wanted a match against Lucha House Party – Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado as they were not happy about the brawl during the SmackDown opening segment. Metalik hit a bulldog but missed a Moonsault. Miz went for the Skull Crushing Finale which Metalik countered with a roll-up for the win.

Another Money In the Bank Qualifying Match was next on SmackDown where Sasha Banks took on Lacey Evans. Bayley distracted Evans on several occasions but at one point that backfired as she distracted the referee when Sasha had Evans down for the pinfall count. Evans backfired with a Women’s Right to secure the win over an astonished Banks. After the match, Tamina Snuka appeared and delivered a Superkick on Bayley.

Maria Kanellis Chose Her Dream Opponent After Leaving WWE

WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles were on the line where Carmella and Dana Brooke challenged Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. Carmella planted Bliss with scissors but Cross tagged herself in to break the pinfall. She blocked a Superkick from Carmella and tagged back Bliss to hit a Modified 3D double-team move to pin Carmella for the win.

Throughout SmackDown, we received several video packages to celebrate Triple H’s 25th Anniversary in WWE. In the final segment of the show, Triple H appeared, live to note on his career. He was joined by Shawn Michaels as they did some comedic stuff.

Stephanie McMahon, Ric Flair gave Triple H video calls after which Vince McMahon appeared in the ring. He finished saying that Triple H and Shawn fell most of the fans asleep by now. The show went off the air as the arena darkened with the DX members still standing in the middle of the ring.
