Trading shots around the internet between Jim Ross and Seth Rollins escalated quickly. It has also involved Becky Lynch as Ross mentioned her name in his reply while answering to Rollins.
This infuriated the WWE RAW Women’s Champion as he fired back to the veteran commentator. Plus, she also took shots to the entire women’s roster of All Elite Wrestling promotion. (the company for which Ross works now) Edge returning to action at Wrestlemania?
In a recent conversation, Seth Rollins mentioned AEW as the minor league of pro-wrestling while discussing a dream match against Kenny Omega. Jim Ross became upset with the WWE Universal Champion with these comments and mentioned that someday ‘he will be over like his girlfriend’ Becky Lynch to take a shot at him.

Becky Lynch has certainly noticed that and replied back in a unique way on the social media channeling his inner Conor McGregor. She took shots at the AEW women’s division while responding to comments made by Jim Ross. She said she would “whoop” the entire AEW women’s division any day of the week and “twice on Sundays.”
Even Seth Rollins made fun of the comments made by Jim Ross putting the below tweet where he invited to see him and his ‘super over’ girlfriend. Later, Becky Lynch also used a video from WWE Live Event that took place in Puerto Rico where the fans gave her a warm reception to point out how much she is ‘over’ with the WWE Universe.
These kinds of trading shots between WWE and AEW names have become a regular thing ever since the latter company came to existence. They are involved in an ongoing TV war that is not coming to an end, anytime soon.
So we don’t expect these kinds of altercations to stop, at all. Meanwhile, Jim Ross expressed his disappointment over Rollins calling AEW minor league during his conversation with “Grilling JR” w/ Conrad Thompson,
“Rollins is in a great spot, he’s blessed, maybe someday he’ll be as over as his girlfriend, I don’t know, but nonetheless, I’ve always liked his work. He’s a solid guy, he’s a solid guy, but saying things like that make him look bad and for that, I feel bad for him. I just do.”
