WWE has been distinctive to the three separate brands present under their wings which are Raw, SmackDown, and NXT. For the past several months, these brands didn’t mix along for some good measures which actually earned praise from the critics, fans, and even the show broadcasters. But another tough time may force WWE to end the brand split.

The company’s current situation isn’t quite good when it comes to TV viewerships especially at a time when they can’t go into live tours with the rosters.

It should be noted that The Wild Card Rule was introduced in 2019 that allowed superstars to travel between brands but in turn, it completely left the Superstar Shakeup to be a joke. Later, WWE’s move to Fox brought back the idea of Draft and totally nixed that idea. Except for the Survivor Series buildup, WWE has kept superstars exclusive to their respective brands since October 2019.

Vince McMahon might have to come up with different ideas, at this point to try and to overcome the tough times. His genius mind could surely find out an alternative to bring up viewership.

The viewership is expected to be up when live fans would be allowed to make their presence felt on the shows. But that’s not going to happen, right away.
