During this week’s AEW Dynamite, new AEW recruit Bobby Fish reunited with former Undisputed Era leader from WWE NXT, Adam Cole. Before the two had conversations, Fish headed to the ring for a post-match attack on Jungle Boy after his win via submission over Anthony Bowens.
Jungle Boy is currently scheduled to team up with Christian Cage and Luchasaurus in a tag team match against Adam Cole and The Young Bucks in a Falls Count Anywhere Match at this Saturday’s AEW Full Gear PPV. To hype up the ongoing feud, Bobby Fish was hired as a mercenary by Cole on AEW Dynamite so that The Jungle Boy could be softened up before their PPV match.

Once the attack was done, Adam Cole wanted to introduce Fish to the Young Bucks – Matt and Nick Jackson and get him on board in their already existing faction. Matt Jackson also threw a jab to the WWE with an Undisputed Era joke during the AEW Dynamite backstage segment.
“I know you’re the new guy here though, but I just want to make one thing clear — in AEW, there’s no dispute, it’s the era of The Elite, it’s the era of The Superkliq,” Matt said. “But if one of my good friends, Adam Cole, vouches for someone and he says he’s cool, I guess we’re cool.”

Adam Cole and Bobby Fish both are now on AEW Dynamite
Following these words, Adam Cole then suggested that Bobby Fish should face Jungle Boy on this Friday’s AEW Rampage. That match was later made official during AEW Dynamite programming.
Adam Cole debuted during the bygone All Out PPV event, last month and since then he’s been a regular name on AEW Dynamite programming. Bobby Fish also left the WWE NXT brand, at a similar time to arrive at AEW programming. The other two Undisputed Era members, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong are still with the WWE.
Another match that was made official for AEW Rampage is a Lumberjack Match between Matt Hardy and Orange Cassidy. During AEW Dynamite, Wardlow destroyed Wheeler Yuta. Hardy Family Office then came to the ring and beat up The Best Friends – Chuck Taylor and Orange Cassidy, who was cornering Yuta. Matt Hardy then put a chair around Cassidy’s neck and hit a twist of fate to get their feud ongoing.
