WWE Hall of Famer and former TNA Wrestling promoter, Jeff Jarrett will team up with Jay Lethal at AEW Full Gear 2022. It will happen against the team of another WWE Hall of Famer Sting and Darby Allin during the final PPV event of AEW wrestling for this year.
After Jay Lethal defeated Trent Beretta on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, the veteran Jarrett cut a promo to put over Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, and Satnam Singh. While describing Satnam, Jarrett took a shot at WWE’s Braun Strowman and the Chief Content Officer of the company, Triple H with the following statement,
“This is a legit 7-foot-5 giant. This ain’t no make believe monster who wears red skinny jeans and is produced by the banana nose circus.”

Jarrett’s officially announced match at AEW Full Gear 2022 will be his third in-ring outing in 2022, following his victory over Effy at The World On GCW show in January. Jarrett and Lethal also lost to Ric Flair and Andrade El Idolo in a tag team bout during Ric Flair’s Last Match.
The two pro-wrestling legends, Jarrett and Sting will also share the ring at the same time at AEW Full Gear 2022. It was back at TNA/IMPACT Bound for Glory 2010 that D’Angelo Dinero, Kevin Nash, and Sting defeated Jarrett and Samoa Joe in a 3-on-2 Handicap Match, to sum up, their incredible feud in that promotion.
AEW Rampage: Title Match And More Big Matches Announced For November 11
Dr. Britt Baker has been announced to feature perhaps in the biggest match of her career when she takes on Saraya at AEW Full Gear 2022 during the latter’s in-ring return since December 2017.
Over on Dynamite, the two had a verbal encounter with the mic where Saraya issued a challenge to Britt Baker for the match. Saraya has also been medically cleared by the AEW doctors as she put down Britt with her Ram-Paige finisher to make a major statement.
Also, at AEW Full Gear 2022, Jade Cargill will defend her TBS Championship against Nyla Rose. The latter stole Cargill’s TBS Championship as well as her ride. The reigning and undefeated TBS Champion wanted to get her hands on the AEW Women’s World Champion to seek redemption which will happen within two weeks’ time.
