AEW Rampage will cap off the ongoing Quake by the Lake week this Friday Night by presenting yet another stacked edition. Lineups for the upcoming show have been announced and the matches were eventually taped after AEW Dynamite, last night. The Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota will be the host of the show that will possibly have a mixed tag team match in the main event slot.
The August 12 edition of AEW: Rampage will see Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti defending their AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championships against Dante Martin and Skye Blue. Guevara and Conti started dating back in December and soon their relationship was inserted into AEW TV as they got paired up with one another as live interests.

Fans eventually turned on the couple after seeing their endless PDA moments as the duo became members of the Jericho Appreciation Society. Guevara joined the group during the Road Rager event back in June to help the leader of the faction Chris Jericho win his hair vs. hair match against Ortiz. Conti soon followed him and the latest news is that they got married just last weekend. But they will return to in-ring competition within just a few days to defend their titles on AEW Rampage.

The same show will see Austin and Colten Gunn of the Gunn Club taking on Danhausen and Erick Redbeard, now dubbed BeardHausen. Billy Gunn recently became furious with his sons for losing their Dumpster Match against The Acclaimed, last week that in turn set up the upcoming match.
Parker Boudreaux of the Trustbusters will also make his in-ring debut on AEW Rampage when he would take on Sonny Kiss in singles action. Boudreaux has all the momentums in his corner as he competed on AEW Dark: Elevation and literally destroyed anyone in his path. On the other hand, Kiss hasn’t been seen on AEW programming for over two years. She last wrestled a match on the October 21, 2020, edition of the Dynamite.
In more news for this week’s AEW Rampage, there will be separate promo sessions from top AEW Superstar Bryan Danielson, AEW Tag Team Champions Swerve In Our Glory (Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland) who won the titles by defeating The Young Bucks and the team of Powerhouse Hobbs and Ricky Starks in a triple threat match at Fyter Fest: Week One. Plus FTW Champion Hook will also be there on the show.
