Braun Strowman has been receiving tons of TV time lately following his massive win over Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 37 Night Two inside a Steel Cage. WWE wants to cap off on this great victory and as a result, he has already entered the main event picture on Monday Night RAW. En route to the title shot, he set up a record that’s a never-before-done thing.
This week’s RAW kicked off with Braun Strowman facing T-BAR and MACE in a 1-on-2 Handicap Match. The match ended with Strowman winning via Disqualification as T-BAR and MACE continued attacking their opponent during the match. Drew McIntyre ran out to make the save. This led to a Tag Team match, the originally mentioned one for RAW preview.

T-BAR and MACE defeated Braun Strowman and Drew McIntyre via Count-Out. The former Universal Champion was so angry by the outcome that he took out McIntyre with a Running Powerslam, after the match. This led to a singles match between Strowman & McIntyre in the main event of RAW, where Strowman defeated McIntyre after distractions by Bobby Lashley, MVP, T-BAR & MACE.

This victory was significant for the Monster Among Men as he has now received a WWE Championship match. It will now be Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Braun Strowman in a Triple Threat Match for the most prestigious title in sports entertainment at WrestleMania Backlash. After RAW went off the air, Strowman was visibly elated to secure that WWE Title match as he stated the following,
“This means everything. Everything that I’ve been saying for months has come true, the Monster is where he belongs. I’m at top of the food chain.
I eat everything that’s in my path, and the Strowman Express is just rolling.
