She’s a proud dentist outside the ring who’s been with the wrestling promotion since 2019. In this modern era of wrestling, she is one of the very few wrestlers to possess an actual medical degree.
Dr. Britt Baker recently provided some insider scoops about her real life where she has to balance between wrestling and practicing as a dentist. In an interview with “Mel Magazine”, the former AEW Women’s Champion went into detail about a typical week in her daily life.

“Monday and Tuesday, I’m at the dental office. On Tuesday, I’ll work as late as I possibly can, which is usually until around 4 or 5 p.m. Then I go home, grab my suitcase, and go straight to the airport.
Wednesday is when Dynamite airs, which is our main TV show. I’m usually up pretty late that night, until about 2 a.m. on Thursday morning. I might get one or two hours of sleep before I have to catch the 5 or 6 a.m. flight back home to get to the dental office.” (courtesy Wrestling INC)

Britt Baker proceeded to mention that it’s pretty clear that her schedule is crazy but she’s also very happy for getting to maintain two of her dream jobs, at the same time. She also reminded when she both wrestling and dental school simultaneously, there’s been a certain amount of hostility coming from people since how the two careers will be opposites.
However with passed time, went on to say that as time passed, the perception in people has changed and now people actually admire how she has become an inspiration in balancing both her careers at the same time. It’s safe to say that the female wrestler from Pittsburgh has become an inspiration to more aspirants.
Britt Baker began her wrestling career back in 2015 when she was already attending the University of Pittsburgh for dental school. She gradually learned how big the indies were in the Pittsburgh area and thus she picked up an interest in the wrestling business. Then she started training in a local wrestling school to go on to leave her own mark in women’s wrestling.
