As noted on this past week’s Smackdown, Brock Lesnar has returned to television during this week’s episode from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. It was noted how his indefinite storyline suspension has been lifted and that he’s free to be back on show tapings as a WWE Superstar. Now that could be very bad news for a number of names of the blue brand.

SmackDown had a headliner, last week where Sami Zayn won the Black Friday Invitational Battle Royal to become the new number-one contender to Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Kayla Braxton then entered the ring to congratulate and interview Sami. But then she received some breaking news in her earpiece and it was Brock Lesnar whose suspension came to an end.

Brock Lesnar Return: Sami Zayn And WWE Official Reacted To The News 1

Now obviously, fans have been speculating on how Brock Lesnar may just end up squashing Sami following his return especially given the fact that he’s going after Roman Reigns and his title. The new challenger for the title is well aware of the obstacles he must face in order to get his hands on the title, including the return of The Beast.

During an interview on WWE Network, Zayn planned on focusing on the huge opportunity he’s had and not wanting to let Brock Lesnar stand in his way to the championship,

“What a way to go off the air; Sami Zayn gets one of the biggest wins of his career. But, instead of going off on a career highlight for a generational talent, like Sami Zayn. Who has been oppressed, who has been marginalized and been cast aside for months, years, conveniently, we find air time to make the blockbuster announcement for Lesnar’s return. As if Brock Lesnar hasn’t had enough television time. He needs to step on my moment?”

Adam Pearce is also scared of Brock Lesnar’s return

The Great Liberator then continued to speak on the conspiracy theory against him, all the time. There’s no update on when he’s going to get his title match again the Head of the Table but it seems like he’s going to deal with the returnee, first on his way to the championship.

Another person who seems to be really concerned with the returning news of Brock Lesnar is WWE Official Adam Pearce. It was Pearce who handed the suspension and fine to the former champion and now that he’s coming back, he could unleash his fury on Pearce.

During an appearance on Talking Smack, Pearce admitted on how this situation ‘sucks’,

“I’ll just be honest with you: As a WWE official, it would have been nice to have been included in something so big. Now, I’m not going to argue with you or lie; he’s one of the biggest stars in our industry. We’re all aware of that.

But by the same token, Kayla, what he did was monumental, in a completely negative way. He put his hands on me; he put his hands on a cameraman and put everybody at risk. He’s coming back next week, and how do I react to that? I think it sucks.” (quotes courtesy Wrestling INC)

There’s no update on what WWE has in store for Brock Lesnar during his return but he’s coming back, a week earlier and is focused on getting a rematch for the Universal Championship.
