Brock Lesnar is the top-most attraction on WWE television who’s been on a roll since returning at Summerslam 2021. He went right after Roman Reigns to start a feud that culminated in the biggest Wrestlemania match of all time back on April 3rd. Unfortunately, this match also marked the end of his current stint as he went for a short break.
As noted, Brock Lesnar has accomplished a lot of things, this year in WWE. On the very first day of 2022 during WWE Day 1 event, he won the WWE Championship. He won the 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble match, for the second time in his career, competed in his 1st ever Elimination Chamber match, and won it to recapture the WWE Championship. Plus, he also faced Bobby Lashley in a dream match and main-evented WrestleMania.

Brock Lesnar then lost the WWE Championship to Universal Champion Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 38 – Night Two as the latter emerged to be the new undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
The earlier reports suggested that The Beast will still be appearing on WWE events following the Show of Shows but that’s not the case. He has not appeared on Raw or Smackdown since April 3rd and the question is when he could possibly be back on WWE programming.
Brock Lesnar set for a 2022 summer return
According to PWInsider, WWE is planning to bring Brock Lesnar back for the Money In The Bank 2022 premium live event on July 2nd. This will also allow him to work the biggest party of the summer, Summerslam 2022 scheduled on July 30 of this year in Nashville, Tennessee.
Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, Bobby Lashley, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, and Drew McIntyre are also being advertised to be on Money in the Bank 2022 but the card is obviously subjected to change for the event scheduled from the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Brock Lesnar was previously advertised for the Wrestlemania Backlash 2022 premium live event. But as of this writing, the top superstar has been pulled from the talent listing for the upcoming event set in May. WWE updated their events page listing for the first post-Wrestlemania 38 PLE and the former WWE Champion isn’t present.
