Another title match has been added to Crown Jewel 2022 as an aftermath of what transpired on this week’s Raw. Counting this title match, there will be eight matches on the show alongside a segment featuring Bray Wyatt.
As per WWE’s announcement, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Alexa Bliss and Asuka will put their titles on the line against Dakota Kai and IYO SKY of DAMAGE CTRL at Crown Jewel 2022. This will mark the first title defense for the champion after winning the gold this past Monday.

Over on Raw, RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair battled Nikki Cross in a non-title affair and won the match after hitting the recently returning superstar with a KOD move. DAMAGE CTRL tried to attack Belair after the match when Asuka and Alexa Bliss returned and helped Belair to fight back.
They then challenged Dakota Kai and IYO SKY to a match for the Women’s Tag Team Championships in this week’s Raw main event. Bayley and Bianca Belair were at ringside and they started brawling while inside the ring, Bliss pinned SKY with her Twisted Bliss finisher. Now the rematch between the champions and the DAMAGE CTRL members is coming at Crown Jewel 2022.

It should be noted that the two teams have been involved in a feud for the past few months. Their feud began in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament. Back then, Damage CTRL picked up the victory and then the titles from Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah in September. Bayley will also challenge Bianca Belair for WWE Raw Women’s Title at Crown Jewel 2022 in another women’s division title match.
