WWE Hall of Fame 2022 has become an annual tradition in the WWE for the past several years during the Wrestlemania weekend. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tradition was broken in 2020. Last year, the program aired as per schedule but it was a pre-taped night amid zero audiences. We assume that the prestigious night will return, this year with full glory is the pandemic remains in control.
The Undertaker is said to be the headlining name of WWE Hall of Fame 2022 since the event will take place in his home state of Dallas, Texas. However, as of this writing, the program hasn’t been confirmed, and neither any one of the inductees was let known. But reliable sources are providing updates that there would be a prestigious ceremony, just two days prior to ‘Mania.
Ex WWE NXT Talents Reportedly Heading To AAA In 2022
The Wrestling Observer reported the following affirming that WWE Hall of Fame 2022 will be there in WWE’s Wrestlemania schedule. Raw and Smackdown will also take place, that weekend in the Dallas area.
“Regarding WrestleMania week, the company announced the full schedule. Keys are that there is no NXT TakeOver or NXT event right now scheduled, nor is there a Hall of Fame event announced at this point, although that could be added for Thursday.
We were told by those in WWE that the talk was that there would be activities set up in the Dallas area from Wednesday through Monday. While WWE had talked of doing RAW at a smaller stadium in town, they were able to book the American Airlines Center, their usual arena, for both SmackDown on 4/1 and RAW on 4/4.
WrestleMania AXXESS will be at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.”

There’s no update on the venue of WWE Hall of Fame 2022, as of this writing. Meanwhile, the WrestleMania 38 go-home edition of SmackDown can’t be held at the American Airlines Center in Dallas because the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks blocked that date. Sometimes, the SmackDown before WrestleMania is taped ahead of time for travel reasons, but FOX officials are willing to do a live show, instead.
We expect announcements around WWE Hall of Fame 2022 in due course as the Road to Wrestlemania kicks off, early next year. The AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas will be the host to the 28th edition of the Show of Shows which will be a two-day event, on Saturday, April 2, and Sunday, April 3 instead of just being on a one-night extravaganza.
