Eva Marie appeared in one more match on this week’s WWE Raw to clinch another win as a team and that must have boosted her confidence. She was going through a bit of up and downs for the past couple of weeks after having fallouts with her tag partner, Doudrop aka WWE NXT Superstar Piper Niven. But the two appeared to be on the same page, after all.
Eva Marie originally returned on Raw on June 14 with Doudrop, as her new protégé. She was set to face Naomi that night, but Doudrop competed on her behalf and got the win. Eva then took credit for the win, and tensions rose between her and Doudrop began there.

They teamed up the following week for a Money In The Bank qualifying match but they digested a loss to Asuka and Naomi. Then they got the win in the rematch, last week. Eva Marie has continued to take credit for their wins, and thereby belittling Doudrop along the way, making the latter one upset.

During this week’s Raw, Eva Marie took to Twitter this morning and hyped her so-called undefeated streak on Monday Nights.

Eva Marie & Doudrop’s angle will continue on Raw
While she is continuing with the Eva-lution Doudrop is no longer on Twitter under the name of @viperpiperniven as she can now be found under the handle @DoudropWWE. She has never commented on the recent issues with Eva Marie, but she did make a tweet this past weekend about how she intends to make an impact on the red brand, down the road.
In an update, WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon is said to be “super impressed” with the former WWE NXT UK Superstar, according to PWInsider. He reportedly wasn’t keen on pushing the Eva Marie – Doudrop storyline at first, but then he gave the green signal to move forward with the angle. His mind, regarding the storyline, has also been said to be changed, since then.
There’s no update yet on what WWE has planned for Eva Marie and Doudrop, but the source noted that there will be a lot more storyline development coming for the two in the coming weeks.
