WWE Superstar Eva Marie is spreading the Eva-Lution among the WWE Universe since coming back, this spring. She was originally supposed to appear on WWE TV, the night after WrestleMania 37 but things got pushed back for about a couple of months. But WWE did announce her return by airing some vignettes starting from April to hype things up.
As mentioned above, Eva Marie is enjoying her second stint in the WWE as she first arrived in the company, all the way eight years ago. She was originally trying to pursue something different from a career-front when WWE came up with an opportunity and she grabbed it to earn some worldwide fame. To date, she’s thankful for that opportunity.
WWE’s Plans For Eva Marie And Piper Niven On Monday Night Raw
The WWE Raw Superstar was a recent guest on the Mikhaila Peterson Podcast. During the conversation, the recently returned name in WWE revealed how she got signed by the company in the first place. She was part of the company by involving in a WWE Diva Search contest in 2013. At the age of 28, she was split in thoughts while trying to choose her career path. WWE then hit the town and she got in touch with them.
“When WWE came into town, I was like ‘Wait a minute,’” Eva Marie noted. “Once I went there to the HQ in Los Angeles and saw Hulk Hogan and everyone on the walls, I was like ‘Whoa. This is like WWF back in the day that I used to watch with my brothers, this is crazy’.
Then after my first audition, because they did a couple of callbacks and stuff, I was like ‘This could be my dream job’. Because not only do you have to perform in front of a live crowd, but you have to handle the physicality that is required to step in the ring and have a wrestling match. Then you get to travel the world, and I wanted to do all those things.”

Eva Marie had no training in wrestling
Eva Marie noted that she joined the WWE with no prior wrestling experience. Her only experience in athletics was in field sports. So we can’t just blame her for showing less capability inside the squared circle. She did show improvements a lot by sweating it out in training sessions.
Eva Marie then further discussed what she was hoping for while getting auditioned. She also noted how she got onboard on the Total Divas reality show. The debut season was in the works at the same time when she was auditioning for the WWE. The Diva Search she was trying to get roped in was converted into a new show which was later revealed to be the Total Divas show.
As a result, Eva Marie became a part of WWE’s prime programming Monday Night RAW and Total Divas at the same time,
