Ever since Karrion Kross entered the NXT scene, it was assumed that he would be a great asset on the main roster. Making the conception true, WWE officials do want him on either Raw or SmackDown in due course. He and Bronson Reed had a dark match for WWE officials before SmackDown, this week. That being said, a main roster call-up could be happening, very soon.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed Karrion Kross’ recently appearing in a tryout before SmackDown against Bronson Reed who is also a current Champion on the NXT brand. Kross is said to be already earmarked for the main roster inclusion and that should happen, anytime soon.
“I mean, Karrion Kross is getting fast tracked to the main roster. I don’t know when it is, but from the day he signed there was a question of how long until they bring him up. He’ll get his chance. They like his look, he talks well, he’s got good facial expressions. So, you know, we’ll see,” Meltzer discussed. (Transcription by Ringside News)

Karrion Kross resides on top of the NXT roster
Karrion Kross is the reigning WWE NXT Champion who dominated the NXT TakeOver: In Your House title defense by overcoming four different opponents. With that win, he put everyone in the locker room on notice that he is the undisputed king of the black and gold brand. We wonder while this would be a good time to give a call-up to him, right at this moment.

The good thing is that a bright future may be waiting for Karrion Kross while entering the mainstay league as WWE has something huge in store for him. NXT North American Champion could also be up for a push. PW Insider reports that there are no immediate plans to progress with Bronson Reed’s call-up, but that could change as time progresses.
As for Karrion Kross, the plan is to take a better look at him and that begins with the promo phase. There have been talks that Kross and Scarlett would be brought back next week, before SmackDown again, possibly to do some promos.
An upcoming Draft is being planned after SummerSlam. Hence the plan is to measure the capabilities of different wrestlers that they can pull up from NXT “to accentuate the main roster as they prepare to shake things up into the Fall.”
