Karrion Kross is said to be the future of NXT programming as well as the main roster, too. Within just a few months of his arrival to the company, he ended up being an NXT Champion, making a record. He never had the opportunity to enjoy the run as a separated shoulder injury forced him to relinquish the title. But he would assumably be back on the top.

Karrion Kross has been on a roll ever since he made his return to NXT by the end of 2020 who is also currently focused on reclaiming the belt he never lost in the first place. He will be going back to the title picture, eventually but it seems he is also focused on facing one of the most veteran talents that the WWE roster has to offer.

Karrion Kross recently took to Twitter to upload a cryptic video which was noticed by none other than The Viper Randy Orton. He decided to comment on it. Orton advised Kross to make his way to the main roster so that they can make a lot of money by competing in a match. The top heel superstar of Monday Night Raw also asked what Kross was waiting for.

“Get yo a** up here and let’s fight make some $ and crack a beer. Wtf you waiting for??? Time? F**k time. Haha I’ll set my alarm,” Orton stated.

IWC seemed to be very excited about the prospect of this match between the two WWE Superstars who can take us on a roller coaster ride. But we’ll have to wait and see at least for some time to see this become a reality.

Karrion Kross was out of action since suffering a separated shoulder during his NXT Title win over Keith Lee at the “Takeover: XXX” event on August 23 during the 2020 SummerSlam Weekend. He then vacated the title on August 26 and has been off the TV to recuperate from the injury. The first vignette of his return aired during the NXT “Takeover: WarGames 2020” event.

Then Karrion Kross returned to WWE NXT in early December by attacking Damian Priest from behind as Priest was headed to the ring to confront Austin Theory and the NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano. Kross destroyed Priest on the stage and left him laying near a production area indicating that he hasn’t missed a step.
