WWE NXT 2.0 aired the Heatwave Special this week on USA Network where Mandy Rose was featured in a marquee match. She put her title on the line against a recent battle royal winner cum the new number-one contender in Zoey Stark. After a hard-fought battle, the champion retained via a clean pinfall win. But things didn’t go smoothly for her in the actual match on TV.
The match at Heatwave featured plenty of action but as seen during the live broadcast, WWE was forced to censor the match at different points because one of the participants suffered a wardrobe malfunction during the title match. At first, the exact reason was unknown but later it was discovered that Mandy Rose was the reason why WWE had to cut off the feed of the program.
Released online photos show that Mandy Rose accidentally suffered a nip-slip during the match. She was wrestling with a tiny bralette that gave up on covering her assets. As seen in the photos, the top NXT Superstar was standing at ringside, trying to thrash Stark’s previously injured knees on the commentary desk.

Mandy Rose remains the reigning champion on NXT 2.0
Eventually, Mandy Rose took the help of the knee braces worn by Stark to get the win. After failing to capture the win with his pumping knee, she wore the knee brace and connect with another pumping knee to get the pinfall win. Thus, the fourth longest title reign in NXT Women’s Title history continues.

NXT Heatwave wasn’t the first time that WWE NXT had to black out the screen during a match. Last week during Nikkita Lyons’ match against Kiana James, the same thing was done as Nikkita’s cropped bralette was probably showing off a bit, too much. At one point, Nikkita was on her back at the time, and a part of her top was rising. That may haven’t been a proper wardrobe malfunction, but it’s always better to keep things safe.
For the time being, Mandy Rose continues to rule the roost on NXT 2.0 with the women’s title hanging around her waist. Her allies, Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, however, lost the tag team titles a few weeks ago. With Nikkita Lyons currently having momentums by her side, the expectation is that she could become the next challenger for the title held by Rose.
