The professional wrestling universe often helms Renee Young to be the most successful journalist in this genre. Her eight-year tenure with the company was nothing but to be in a role of a trailblazer. After all, no woman can claim to be the one to call the actions from Monday Night Raw on a regular basis that she once did.
Over the years, she kept on working on bigger things which eventually led her to the exit from the WWE but she left with a huge fanbase. After becoming a mother, the expectation is that she will return as a journalist in any of the companies available in the pro-wrestling world. She’s in full demand due to her work ethics and professionalism shown in the WWE. However, the scene wasn’t always like that.

Renee Young wanted to give a humorous makeover to the chat which wasn’t approved
“John Cena was coming in to do an interview and at this time, I was really trying to get my own sh*t in and thinking I was funny and was making the segment more about my humor than the actual person. I was talking about stuff that he could not give a sh*t about. I shouldn’t say he didn’t care because I didn’t even get to do the interview,” Renee Young noted.
“We’re standing in the studio and Adam Hopkins, PR for WWE, he was looking over my questions and as we’re counting in they were like, ‘Never mind, got it,’ and they canceled the interview. I don’t know if I’ve ever talked to John about that. I was just dumb, I was a 22-year-old and didn’t know what I was doing.”
Moving on, Renee Young had the opportunity to sit down with the 16-time world champion on several occasions as a journalist in the WWE. In fact, she still shares a close relationship with Cena’s ex-girlfriend, Nikki Bella, as the two once starred together in Total Divas reality TV series on the E network. Despite leaving WWE, she can seek advice from Nikki about motherhood.
