WWE’s Resident Superhero, Ricochet has been receiving criticisms on social media for the past few weeks. He even suffered backlash after getting selected on the Monday Night Raw team for Survivor Series. He is the youngest on the team which also has former world champions like Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, and a Scottish Psychopath, Drew McIntyre on the bandwagon.

A fan criticized over the fact that Ricochet was inserted into Team Raw without even fighting for the position. The former United States Champion then showcased an incredible record of himself after arriving on the main roster. It shows that he holds the most number of wins ever since coming on Raw. (26 victories which are even bigger count that the former Universal Champion Seth Rollins)

Below is what Ricochet replied back to the fan,

“For people who are wanting to know why I got added to the #SurvivorSeries team over others. Maybe it’s because I have the best win-loss on Raw? Not a brag, but a visualization of years of hard work and dedication to my craft. This is something I do not take for granted.”

Another fan seemed upset that the fan-favorite superstar isn’t receiving any more championship opportunities. Ricochet assured him that he’s not here for even a year but had a reign with the United States title,

“My guy, you gotta remember I just got here not even a year ago and I plan on being here a long time. I feel like I’ve accomplished a lot in 9 months. So just relax, I’ve got this. It’s all apart of the plan.”

Portrayed as a superhero, Ricochet hoped to get better day by day as noted on Twitter, earlier this month. The WWE officials are also said to be pretty high on this incredible talent who is a sure-shot main-eventer in the WWE in due course.

Over the past few months, Ricochet has interesting feuds with a number of Raw superstars, most notably with AJ Style during this summer. In recent times, he digested a number beatdowns from Drew McIntyre which might have raised questions on his status. But the assumption is that he will bounce back when Survivor Series approaches closer.
