Discussions continue about Roman Reigns possibly going into a hiatus from his WWE schedule, later this year. There are also speculations about him not being available for a major chunk of WWE TV as well as Live Events, down the road. But for the time being, the dual champion continues to entertain the fans on live events with his presence.
WWE held another house show under the gimmick of Saturday Night’s Main Event at the Florence Center in Florence, South Carolina. In the main event of the night, Drew McIntyre, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods defeated The Bloodline – Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Smackdown tag team champions The Usos.

Despite being the headliner of the night, Roman Reigns never entered the match as a legal competitor by tagging in. One of the Usos got pinned to suffer the loss. Apart from this match, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair defended her title in a triple threat while United States Champion Austin Theory also defended in a singles contest.

* United States Championship: Finn Balor defeated Theory (c) by DQ after interference from Damian Priest. AJ Styles ran down to save Balor and thus caused an impromptu tag team match
* AJ Styles and Finn Balor defeated Damian Priest and Theory after Liv Morgan stopped Rhea Ripley from interfering in the match.
* Veer Mahaan defeated Drew Gulak by submission
* RAW Women’s Championship: Bianca Belair (c) defeated Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley
* Cody Rhodes defeated Seth Rollins
* WWE Women’s Tag Titles: Sasha Banks and Naomi defeated Shayna Baszler and Natalya
* Asuka defeated Becky Lynch after Becky attempted to use a steel chair and the referee stopped her.
* Drew McIntyre, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods defeated The Bloodline (Roman Reigns and The Usos). Roman never legally entered the match.
At this point, Roman Reigns has been removed from the next WWE Network Specials, Hell in a Cell scheduled for June 4 at the All-State Arena in Chicago, Illinois. It appears that his next title defense would be scheduled for either Money in the Bank or Summerslam as both these are stadium shows, this summer.
