Samoa Joe was the first to show up and inform us that Samoan Summit will no more take place as the situation is volatile on WWE Raw. Roman Reigns arrived in the scene with backups to create utter chaos. Drew McIntyre and Cedric Alexander also joined them to take the fight all over the arena. Cedric leaped off the WWE Raw stage setup to showcase an incredible stunt after which The Usos hit a double-superkick on Samoa Joe. Finally, it was The Big Dog who put down Joe with a massive spear.

It was last week that we have received a brawl on WWE Raw between Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe. The latter one brought out the Bloodline into the context during a promo that in turn forced Roman Reigns to come out and defend his family. Joe is definitely not someone who would back down from a fight. So a brawl broke out on the show culminating a match.

WWE.com wanted to give a second chance to these two so that they get over with the rivalry and move to different paths as the biggest event of the summer looms in,

“Samoan pride was on the line last week when Roman Reigns battled Samoa Joe, and now that The Big Dog emerged victorious in the grudge match, it seems the two sides have come together in an effort to squash their beef. As reported by The Wrap, Reigns, and Joe will meet in a “Samoan Summit” on Monday’s Raw, where the two will supposedly hash out their differences and find a way to move forward.”

Now, none of these two superstars had a match scheduled at Summerslam, heading into tonight’s WWE Raw. So the assumption was clear that these two may get into a physical fight to set up the PPV matchup. That’s exactly things went down on WWE Raw in a bigger way as the other names were also involved. It is almost certain that WWE will book Roman Reigns vs. Samoa Joe for Summerslam, next week.
