Scarlett was released from the WWE despite her and her fiancée Karrion Kross being touted as two of the future star powers of the company. Scarlett recently did a virtual signing hosted by K & S WrestleFest. During this, a fan mentioned how they would like to see her return to Impact Wrestling. However, neither she nor her fiancée is returning to the promotion for an unknown reason,
“We’re not going back there. We’re not going back there. No [Scarlett laughed]. No [there’s no reason to share why I wouldn’t go back to Impact]. Thanks for asking though.”

Scarlett didn’t want to lose her name in WWE
As revealed by the ex WWE Star, she came up with the ring name before joining the company. She likes the name very much and feared whether WWE would want to secure the trademark rights to it.
“That was my biggest fear at WWE was that they were gonna buy my name and then once I left, I was gonna have to change it because I am very — love my name and other people had their names purchased,” Scarlett continued.
“If I would have been official main roster, I know they would’ve bought [it] and they were talking about adding back the ‘Bordeaux’ and I’m like, ‘They’re already talking about it. They’re gonna buy my name and that means later on I can’t have it’ so I’m actually really happy that didn’t happen.” (quotes courtesy POST Wrestling)
Ex WWE NXT Superstar Scarlett Headed To OnlyFans; Comments On Action Figure
Since Karrion Kross was a member of the Raw roster, he is still under a 90-day non-compete clause while Scarlett had an NXT deal, and hence her 30-day non-compete clause is already over.
WWE did have some great plans for the couple on NXT as Karrion Kross and Scarlett literally ruled the roost during their tenure. Kross won the NXT Championship on two occasions within a year, signifying that she was there to stay. However, things became messy following his main roster call that led to the release.
