Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman were set to announce who he would be cashing in his Money in the Bank contract against on this week’s WWE Raw. This is why the WWE Champion Kofi Kingston and Universal Champion Seth Rollins both attended the show in the opening segment. The Beast arrived in the scene too with his advocate only to disappoint the champions as well as the crowd.

Furthermore, Brock Lesnar danced his way into the ring treating the Money in the Bank briefcase to some kind of Boombox. It was a disrespectful behavior to what the briefcase stands for let alone an insult to both the champions. Stephanie McMahon added that disrespecting both the Universal Champion as well as the WWE Champion means you don’t care about the WWE Universe, as well. Hence, she will be there on this upcoming episode of WWE Raw to punish him.

You may have a look at the full comments uttered by WWE Raw commissioner,

“WWE renounces and in fact condemns the behavior of Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman on Monday Night RAW this past week. Brock Lesnar walked to the ring with the Money In the Bank briefcase fashioned as some kind of boom box, let alone making promises about announcing who they were going to face and cash in the Money In the Bank briefcase against, which they did not do.

But they also disrespected what the Money In the Bank contract represents, they disrespected both the Universal Champion as well as the WWE Champion, and in fact, I think they disrespected the entire WWE, as well as the WWE Universe.

So, on behalf of our organization, on behalf of all our fans, I’m going to take this matter up officially with both the McMahon Family as well as our executive team, and we are going to take action.”

WWE is channeling a complete storyline perspective while trying to punish Brock Lesnar for his kayfabe disrespectful manners. This, in turn, will keep the fans invested into the show as well as pull up the fallen ratings. This past edition on the Memorial Day also witnesses a major decline in viewership. So it comes as a direct attempt to turn the wheel to the opposite direction.

It will be interesting to see how the storyline evolves with Brock Lesnar when he resurfaces. This coming edition of WWE Raw takes place from the Frank Erwin Center, Austin, Texas that will also have The Undertaker in attendance as it’ll be the go-home episode for next Friday’s WWE Super ShowDown event in Saudi Arabia.
