The Undertaker is done with his wrestling days but through his real-life character of Mark Callaway, he remains busy all the time. The WWE Legend has just been booked for the weekend around the biggest event of the summer to add sparks to the upcoming festivities.
As per the recent announcement by the WWE, The Undertaker will appear during Summerslam weekend for a show called “UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW” on July 29th in Nashville, Tennessee. The show is likely to go down following the go-home Summerslam episode of Friday Night Smackdown just a day ago before the premium live event on the WWE Network.

There’s been talk of a podcast show hosted by The Undertaker that is likely becoming a reality as the WWE Hall of Famer is now looking forward to following the footsteps of Stone Cold Steve Austin, Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, and more who have transitioned to hosting podcast from wrestling. A recent press release also revealed that the legendary superstar is willing to make more live event appearances in the future while being under a lifetime agreement with the WWE.

WWE released a statement regarding The Undertaker’s appearance
The press release around The Undertaker’s next appearance goes as follows,
“STAMFORD, Conn., June 24, 2022 – WWE® (NYSE: WWE) today announced that the UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW will make its debut on Friday night, July 29 at Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville, Tenn. as part of SummerSlam® Week.
UNDERTAKER 1 deadMAN SHOW will feature “The Phenom” in an intimate setting, sharing never-before-heard stories from his Hall of Fame career and taking questions from the WWE Universe in attendance.”
Tickets for The Undertaker special event will go on sale this Tuesday, June 28 at 10 AM CT via Ticketmaster.com. A limited number of VIP tickets including premier seating and a meet-and-greet with The Deadman will also be available.
As for Summerslam 2022, it takes place Saturday, July 30 live from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. Tickets are currently available via Ticketmaster for the premium live event that will stream live exclusively on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else.
There’s no update on whether The Undertaker will be part of the Summerslam 2022 edition. Earlier, this year, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame during the Wrestlemania weekend in Dallas, Texas.
