WWE Superstars will visit Saudi Arabia for a grand PPV appearance on this coming October 21st. The card for that show is being filled up. Over on this past episode of Raw, WWE has confirmed that Team RK-BRO (Randy Orton and Riddle) will defend their RAW Tag Team Championships against AJ Styles and Omos on that pay-per-view night in the middle-eastern country.
That being said, Randy Orton is going to be on the top spot amongst all the WWE Superstars when it comes to competing in PPV matches. WWE Hall of Famer Kane currently holds the record of competing in more pay-per-view matches in WWE history, the number being 176.
WWE Draft 2021: Complete Roster For Raw-Smackdown; Free Agents Revealed
Randy Orton is currently standing at the number 2 position on this list. Back at Summerslam 2021, he overtook The Undertaker who performed in 174 PPV matches in his career and currently stands with 175 pay-per-view matches in WWE. So at WWE Crown Jewel, Randy Orton will equalize Kane’s number of PPV matches.
We can assume that The Viper will most likely secure the undisputed top position among all the WWE Superstars for performing in PPV matches. Given that he is 40+ and has signed a long-term contract with the WWE, he will end his WWE career with a number in terms of PPV matches that will be hard for any future WWE Superstars to break.

Revealed: WWE Superstars with most PPV appearances
At present, the top 10 active WWE Superstars with the most PPV appearances stands as follows,
10 Jeff Hardy (100)
9 Dolph Ziggler (108)
8 Rey Mysterio (113)
7 Kofi Kingston (116)
6 The Miz (121)
5 Edge (133)
4 John Cena (162)
3 Triple H (173)
2 Randy Orton (174)
1 Kane (176)
Obviously, The Undertaker should have been in this WWE Superstars’ list with 175 PPV matches by his name but his name was skipped since he officially announced retirement back at last year’s Survivor Series. Kane is also supposedly retired from in-ring competition but he never officially announced the same.
Randy Orton started in the WWE at a young age and he is the most active wrestler in the company, today. Given the current circumstances, there’s nobody on the roster who could really catch up to him. Edge could see progress in his numbers but there’s no way that he could close into his Wrestlemania 36 opponent.
